Life can be difficult and sometimes an individual just needs extra support. I am passionate about helping and supporting others by offering nurturing and genuine space where all individuals, regardless of age, can feel heard, seen, accepted, and valued for who they truly are. I am dedicated to providing a safe environment to offer compassionate mental health services tailored to the unique needs of my clients, allowing them to increase confidence and achieve their counseling goals.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Child Centered Play Therapist, I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults and parents. In my work with minors, I firmly believe that helping a child heal is only part of the equation; it’s equally important to empower parents with the tools and support they need to feel confident and supported in their parenting journey and connection to their child.

When I’m not working with my clients, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, experiencing new things, and working out.
